Why is it important?

The results of the current study revealed that factors supporting SMEs during QMS implementation may be classified into nine groups of which, six and three factors are related to critical success and failure factors, respectively.

The present study was designed to determine the factors that impact the QMS implementation in SMEs. The revealed factors are shown in tables and figures. Then, the appropriate tools and solutions are specifically provided for each factor to ensure the achievement of the success factors and to avoid failure ones.
