The results of the current study revealed that factors supporting SMEs during QMS implementation may be classified into nine groups of which, six and three factors are related to critical success and failure factors, respectively.

Perspectives

The present study was designed to determine the factors that impact the QMS implementation in SMEs. The revealed factors are shown in tables and figures.
