What is it about?

Product-service systems (PSS) are attracting interest from practitioners and researchers alike. We evaluated field repair services within PSS models in the Egyptian emerging market and compared it with established markets. We found that cultural factors are the main differences between established and emerging markets, particularly lack of customer awareness in Egypt.
