What is it about?
Bug-in-ear (BIE) coaching is gaining popularity as a way to support teachers in person and from distance. This is the first evidence-based review of BIE coaching that highlights the range practices in special education, general education and Initial Teacher Education. BIE coaching is a cost-effective approach to support the development of teachers, there is also the potential to improve leaner outcomes. The affordances and limitations are explored in this scoping review.
