Why is it important?
Manufacturers should put more resources into developing innovative accessories, as these can significantly increase the perceived value of a platform and attract new customers.
Perspectives
This was a really fun project to work on, as we combined secondary sales data (on video gaming platform) with primary data from video gamers. As such, doing a research project on video gaming platforms is bound to be fun!
