What is it about?

In a context of aging workforces, age-inclusive HR practices (AIHRP) are in the sweet spot to help older workers to thrive at work. This study indicates that older workers interpret AIHRP as a signal of their organization genuine interest in investing in late career development and as, a result, they make the most of the available workplace learning opportunities. Thus, HR managers are well advised to make the best use of HR practices to successfully extend longer working lives.
