What is it about?
Healthy food choices based on food labels become more critical amid the increase in noncommunicable diseases. We show that some in-store marketing factors can indeed lead consumers to search for label information. However, when family members had specific food requirements, consumers based their food label search on what they thought they knew about healthy foods.
