Why is it important?
The paper is important because it offers an interesting argument regarding the significance of web 2 adoption to telecommunication firms' performance in a developing economy. Samples were drawn from the staff of MTN because it dominates the country's telecommunication industry. The findings are useful to developing policies and practices aimed at expanding investments in Web 2 technologies to improve firm performance.
Perspectives
Given that the telecommunication industry requires technological advancement, I feel that Web 2 adoption is critical. I was happy to contribute meaningfully to this paper to help improve Ghana's telecommunication industry. I learnt a lot during the writing process and I believe the paper will also make a positive impact.
