What is it about?

The paper analyses the application of the legal European tool "European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC)" in transnational cooperations, whose members are not located territorially close to each other but are dispersed, and discusses the hardening effects of cooperation which go in hand with the foundation of an EGTC.
