What is it about?

Rab35 is an oncogenic Rab that just started to be related as such, we reviewed the different roles of this protein in different settings and proposed a possible role of Rab35 in Leukemia, based on the functions reported in lymphocytes and other immune cells

Why is it important?

Leukemia similar to other Cancers has multiple factors that contribute to their development, knowing more of those factors could open new windows of opportunity for their diagnostic or treatment

Perspectives

We expect that this proposal will inspire new studies for Rab35 by other groups and those could complement our own studies that are under way
