Managing innovation in eldercare: A glimpse into what and how public organizations are planning to deliver healthcare services for their future elderly

What is it about?

Norway has been consistantly regarded as a leader in delivering eldercare services. This study investigates why and how Norwegian municipalities have been so successful. Each Norwegian municipality is investigated through the lens of "eldercare theory". The study showed that Norwegian municipalities do have a clear strategy about how to care for their elderly, but shortfalls were also identified.
