Why is it important?

Predictive modelling of food additive exposures is an important tool which can be used to define appropriate future maximum permitted levels in legislation. This is especially important for healthcare nutrition where usage is often essential to ensure products are palatable and appealing to young patients for managing their conditions.

Perspectives

This work supported by Danone and enabled by the powerful software of Creme Global provides the offers insight into possible future exposures in patients consuming medical nutrition products.
