Why is it important?

Exploring new territories with exposure modelling of food additives is essential to ensuring food safety and the protection of the consumer. This is especially true in sensitive populations such as those with allergy and inborn errors of metabolism.

Perspectives

This work supported by Danone and enabled by the powerful software of Creme Global provides a valuable first insight into potential exposures in patients consuming medical nutrition products.
