What is it about?

Through the Delphi Project Flemish libraries have been able to rethink their role as information providers. This projct has helped libraries to improve the quality of their services in information broking. The Delphi project which was initiated by 4 libraries and which has been taken over by the Province of West-Vlaanderen consisted of courses for staff and library workers, new service models, better signalisation and web-based tools.
