Involving stakeholders, such as users, in design is significant in value generation. We have demonstrated for the first time how a collaborative decision system such as CBA can be employed by a design team to engage stakeholders to discover and generate value for projects at the design stage

Why is it important?

This research demonstrates the collaborative attributes of a multi-criteria decision system and presents it as worthy system for adoption in involving stakeholders in participatory design. This is important due to current challenges in building consensus among stakeholders in participatory design.

Perspectives

I hope this article demonstrates to readers, the applicability of the choosing by advantages decision system to Forster collaboration in decision making in design process
