Why is it important?

Positive links have between established between sport, physical activity, health and wellbeing amongst marginalized population groups, so its important to understand these links in term of one of the most marginalised - Indigenous Australian women. To date little is known about these important links.

Perspectives

The underrepresentation of Indigenous women in the Australian sporting landscape needs further investigation so that the social inclusion can be achieved.
