What is it about?

Civilizations are ways for political groups to justify their international actions by presenting their cultures,and values as superior to the others. No civilization or culture is by nature more aggressive than the others. The real question is when and how this sense of superiority is used to justify violence?

Why is it important?

Such an approach will overcome the perception that some religions or civilizations are more violent than others to offer a method to capture the patterns of radicalization of any religious groups.
