This is used 10-DHGD either alone or in association with Pentoxyfylline as modulator mucopolysaccharides and PCSK9 during Hyperlipidemia state 10-DHGD is potent hypolipemic , antioxidant and Antiinflammatory agent i.e. CETP and PCSK9 inhibitor

Why is it important?
We have published many articles during the last 6 years regarding 10-DHGD , the first one in Atherosclerosis journal and demonstrated for the first time its potential as CETP inhibitor from naturai source. we have followed publication dealing with its effect as inhibitor for Thrombus formation and its Thrombolytic effect in Thrombus amd Thrombolysis 2015 , lastly we have Focused on its effect as modulator for PCSK9 and GAGS taken in consideration that Anti PCSK9 is the newest and Recent approach for Hyperlipidemia Treatment

I think to certain Extent that this publication will need further look and can be applicable for further trials and ending with clinical one
