What is it about?

Trypanosomiasis is an important disease where new drugs are needed. PPIs are safe drugs that can be used in cases of trypanosomiasis without current treatment, as occurs in pregnant women. Here, we show results to support the use of rabeprazole as a potential drug in a new treatment for trypanosomiasis.
