What is it about?

This article addresses the poetics of translation as proposed by Jorge Luis Borges, which basically maintains that a faithful translation is that from which the reader draws exactly the same conclusion(s) as from the original. This paper also touches on the difference between translating philosophy versus literature, commenting on Jorge J. E. Gracia's assertion that literature cannot be translated.
