Our findings show structure and distribution of profits and margins along the market part of the value chain of Carapa oil and the potential for improving the income of traders and other actors but also to reducing poverty.

Perspectives

Writing this article has been a great pleasure for us to highlight the socio-economic contribution of local indigenous tree species to people's livelihoods in order to support their sustainable use and the conservation of these local tree resources.
