What is it about?
Sub threshold operation have proven its suitability for design of ultra low power circuits. However exponential variation of drive current to temperatures makes sub threshold circuits highly prone to temperature variations. This paper therefore focuses in design of thermally robust ultra low power subthreshold VCO.

Why is it important?
VCO are basic building blocks in many analog and digital systems. In today's era of miniaturization, power density and hence temperature of chip have increased considerably. Therefore in order to ensure the reliablity of system, it is necessary to design thermally robust circuits. Therefore , this work focuses on thermally robust ultra low power VCO.
