Why is it important?

The main strength of this paper is its large sample size of mountaineers (916) which allowed us the split the sample into two: 300 (for construct validation) and 616 (for final SEM analysis). This study uncovers the dimensions of responsible behaviour related health and safety in the mountains. It also reveals the roles of both physical activity level and spirituality in the influencing responsible behaviour in the mountain which relates to safety and security and mountaineering satisfaction.
