This study investigated how a company's approach to telework affects employee job satisfaction. Researchers analyzed the "Telework Quality Model," which identifies four key factors: providing well-designed office and remote workspaces, allowing schedule flexibility, and fostering supportive management practices. The study found that in large companies, all four factors significantly boosted employee job satisfaction. However, for employees in small and medium enterprises, only three of the four factors (all except the quality of remote workstations) showed a strong link to job satisfaction. This difference may highlight the challenges faced by smaller companies in supporting remote work environments. Overall, the study underscores the importance of taking a comprehensive approach to implementing telework to improve employees' overall work experience.
