What is it about?

Middle Leaders' work has been growing in complexity over the last decade. Part of this entails, in some schools, responsibilities for organizational and system leadership. This is a shift beyond traditional roles for curriculum management and administration. The paper looks at how middle leaders' are supported in taking on these new roles.
