Why is it important?
It's an important article for two reasons, both as an insight into the creative process and as an argument for mythopoetics (a methodology drawing on intuition and the imagination) to be a part of our scholarly work.
Perspectives
It was fun, after three years of writing the novel, to go back to the first weeks of its creation, to re-read my journals of the time and to compare my first ideas and ambitions with what is now a finished and published product.
