What is it about?
Experience quality is an important variable in the concept of service, tourism and hospitality. It can weaken the negative influence of perceived sacrifices on perceived value. This article has examined the moderating role of experience quality on the relationship between perceived sacrifices such as perceived fee and perceived risk on perceived value in the context of medical tourism.

Why is it important?
Our findings show that if medical tourism providers increase the experience quality (combination of delivering prompt healthcare services along with providing positive emotion) to the medical tourists, the lesser would be the negative perceptions of risk and fee burden by medical tourists.
Perspectives
The medical tourism service provider must take care of all perceived aspects of medical experience . I hope this article leads to higher level of medical tourism services in all around the world.
