Why is it important?

We have found a "rule" that if there is a double sacral bone = severe neurological deficit. One sacral bone = minor neurological problems. Our case is exeptional: despite double sacral bone, the patient could walk independently.

Perspectives

Future: better knowledge of various / rare congenital spinal defects.
