People lwith spinal cord injury iving in the community experience many secondary health condition and need good access to different kinds of health services. Analyses of the peoples needs are essential for health care planning and therefore important. A mixture of highly specialized facilities and locally available outpatient services integrated in the community care might be the best model of care also for people with spinal cord injury.
