What is it about?

How to understand China's interests in global financial governance? The current mainstream studies tend to treat China and global financial governance as respective unitary wholes, and thus overlook fragmentations within China and in global financial governance. This ignorance and consequent insufficiency and ineffectiveness in correctly explaining China's policy and attitude are called "holism failure".
