What is it about?

To what extent does the use of foreign labor contribute to the economic development of Eastern Siberian and Far Eastern border regions adjacent to one of the world’s most labor-rich regions, the People’s Republic of China? To answer this question, we will examine the features of foreign labor usage in one of Russia’s border regions, Zabaikalsk krai, as an example against the context of its own labor resources.
