What is it about?

Anthocyanins are red-blue pigments found in fruits and beverages, such as berries, red fruit juices and red wines. Following ingestion, they can penetrate our body in minute amounts. They are able to modulate the activity of mitochondria, the organelles that regulate the energy in our cells.
