Why is it important?
Lifelong learning is a crucial skill needed in the ever-changing business environment. The tertiary education environment should provide situations where this skill is developed in students, so that it can be used in subsequent settings.
Perspectives
Working with students on this intervention and fine tuning it was an interesting process for me as well. The students were also able to self-assess better after the intervention and we are sure that they will use this skill significantly in their future years of studies.
