What is it about?

Why is it important?

Street art is a new and upcoming category in India, and not many people have focussed on it. This paper allows readers to gain new perspective on street art through a South Asian perspective.

Perspectives

It is an important instance of noting down feminist histories. Every small movement counts. At the same time it contributes and learns to the movement before it and around it. Through this paper, one can see how simple tactics of street art allow one to talk about complex issues of nationalism, citizenship, and gender.
