What is it about?

Non-native speakers of English often become English teachers themselves. How can we help them connect their experience as teachers and as learners to enhance their teaching practice? This study used journals and reflections to achieve this goal.

Why is it important?

Student teachers investigated their own vocabulary learning strategies. This is important so they can apply their insider's view into their teaching. They may consequently better understand their students and adapt teaching practices to their needs.

Perspectives

I hope the reflections on the vocabulary learning process shared by students will be as illuminating and fascinating to you as they were to me.
