What is it about?

Due to the low rates of transfer of training, the challenge of training analysis focuses on finding tools that support the transfer. This paper presents a model that analyzes the impact of training stages (analysis of needs, application, and evaluation of training) in the transfer and that analyzes the moderation of the learning culture in the transfer of training.

Why is it important?

The work is essential for two key aspects; the first presents a novel model of analysis of the transfer of training that is based on the stages of the training process and, second, proves that the learning culture of the participants in the training has a positive impact in the transfer of training.

Perspectives

This work deepens the importance of examining those variables that affect the transfer of training, as they are the keys to promote learning and development through training.
