What is it about?

Does management develop effective tools to hear what employees have to say? And not only for improving customer satisfaction but also for providing a safe and fair workplace for the employees. Are all voices heard? What can HRM change to hear all the voices equally?

Why is it important?

The manuscript proposes a new scale on employee evaluation voice opportunities (EVO). EVO scale adopts a diversity perspective as well. By benefiting from organizational behavior and human resource management (HRM) literature the study brings explanations to the results.

Perspectives

Next, I believe we should be testing EVO in other sectors than the hospitality industry.
