What is it about?
During 2016, an online survey was conducted with 456 early childhood teachers from Croatia. The aim of this research was to determine in what way do age, length of work experience and level of education affect the occurrence/intensity of burn-out syndrome of teachers. Research study shown that positive correlation was established between the respondents’ age and emotional exhaustion, between the length of work experience and personal achievement and the teachers’ level of education and their sense of personal achievement.

The study give insight in ECE teachers burnout syndrom in Croatia, so it could be used for planning their professional development to enhance their strenghts.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had great collaboration. Article was some hove provoking because it gave us different perspectiove of teachers profession.
