The objective of the current study was to evaluate the effect of intravenous methylprednisolone pulse therapy on myocardial repolarization alterations, especially QT dispersion in anticipation of cardiovascular risks in patients with pemphigus vulgaris.

Perspectives
Writing this article was a fantastic and sweet experience for us. In particular, we could find and establish a good collaboration between dermatology and cardiology department in this study. Moreover, We could work and research on the treatment of an important and uncommon skin disease "pemphigus" by this collaboration between heart and skin.
