What is it about?

1. Interaction between EvgS/EvgA and PhoQ/phoP two-component signal transduction systems. 2. Development of antibiotics ( waldiomycin, wawlkmycin, and signermycin) targeting WalK/WalR two-component signal transduction system:

Why is it important?

It is important that Bacteria has the complex network to adapt the several enviromental changes as well as animal cells use. Furthermore, It is significant for us to develop new antibiotics tageting such bacterial signal transduction.

Perspectives

Based on these obserbations, we can develop th whole bacterial signal transduction networks as well as find new antibiotics targetinng multi-drug resistant bacteria such as MRSA and VRE.
