What is it about?

Many cities and regions want to achieve transit-oriented development. Not all are successful in this. Those that are achieving TOD are cleverly applying incentives or rewards in their planning policies and organisations in order to achieve this. This publication takes a look at the regions of Perth, Portland (OR) and Vancouver (B.C), compares them and concludes on the most important lessons.
