Why is it important?

When it comes to Information and Technology Governance, boards have a duty of care responsibility at law. However, Valentine's thesis revealed a lack of processes, gaps between knowing and doing, and a comprehensive lack of I&T Governance capabilities within boards of all types. This industry article provides an introduction.
