What is it about?
This qualitative project involved interviews with 14 practicing vocational rehabilitation counseling supervisors. They were asked to identity the processes they use to identify counseling professional dispositions (PDs), how they encourage and facility the development of counseling PDs, and identity the most difficult counselor PDs to influence or change.
