Why is it important?

As a classical music listener myself, I have been frustrated with iTunes metadata. This article will speak to many classical music listeners and offer solutions, on a large scale as well as on an individual level.

Perspectives

In researching and writing this article, I thought not only about myself as a classical music listener, but also about everyone else experiencing similar issues. As an employee in a music library, I understand the importance of good metadata for discovery and access and want the world of classical music to be as accessible as possible.
