What is it about?

The aim of this paper is to present research findings on the measurements of mechanical, morphological, and thermal properties of Roselle fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane composites with different fiber size. The mechanical properties of the composites were improved with the increase in fiber sizes. Thermal properties of the composites were studied for thermal decomposition effect on different fiber size.

Why is it important?

Our finding show that roselle fiber with different size have potential in mechanical and thermal properties and also it is clear from the literature that no study has been carried out on RF/TPU composites

Perspectives

I hope this article can give impact to readers and researchers in natural fiber and composites. Therefore, with the presence of composite development in the market can reduce material problems and be more environmentally friendly.
