Why is it important?
Higher education should provide competences which are needed in working life. Working life is not just taking test (memory) and writing esseys, rather it is complex problem-solving together with experts.
Perspectives
For this article, I had a great opportunity to explore challenges and conditions in working life in different fields. Deep discussions with leading experts opened my eyes as a leader of the master's degree programme to more intensively prepare my students to become competent for their future positions.
