What is it about?
By theis study, we found the proliferation, survival, migration, and osteogenic differentiation of osteoblast cell line of MC3T3-E1 all have different appearances in different oxygen concentrations. And the optimal concentrations for these bioprocesses were reported in this paper.

Why is it important?
These results also have an important guiding role for the new scientific idea that osteoblasts can function as treatment cells to repair bone defects.
Perspectives
we will do more related study on the stem cells based bony tisue engineering to detect the impacts of oxygen contectration on the stem cell survival, migration and osteogenesis in vivo.
