Why is it important?

Notably, cortisol levels increased in childcare, especially for children with long hours, but not at home. Parents should notice the effect og long hours in childcare out of home.

Perspectives

It's thought provoking that toddlers may struggle with extended separation from their parents, even 5-6 months after entering child care.
