This study examined the effects of a recreational football program (6 month; 3 times a week, 90 minutes each session) on diferentes health markers (body composition, cardiometabolic risk factors; cardiorespiratory fitness and psychological well-being), The results showed that recreation football is an effective strategy to improve health and quality of life in obese boys
