What is it about?

Russian wheat aphid resistant cultivars were deployed in the early 1990's to control this severe pest in South Africa. This study looked at the influence of chemical insecticides on the yield an quality of susceptible and resistant near-isogenic lines to compare the resistant cultivar with it's suceptible counterpart that was treated with insecticide.
