What is it about?
The publication demonstrates the two most common evolution tracking approaches: the independent approach and the incremental approach. This demonstration is built upon providing a brief explanation of each approach strategy, advantages, limitations, and the recent work done in the field.

To the best of our knowledge, there is no other work provides a complete structured comparison of community evolution tracking followed by a discussion of the relevant situations to apply each approach as we introduced in our publication.
